So you visited the TFLP Boutique or attended a Spa Party; you placed an order and your box has arrived!  Congratulations!  But now you are looking at all this fabulous product and you don’t know where to start?  Here are instructions for 2 of our favorite indulgences.

Silky Smooth Feet:

Place your Hydra Crème (Mint Foot Crème) in the fridge to get nice and chilly. Fill a basin with hot, not scalding, water.  Remember to test it, we don’t want any cooked tootsies!  Add 2 scoopfuls of Minty Foot Sea Spa and place in a handful or marbles.  Grab your favorite book, gossip mag, or flip on a great movie.  Light your favorite TFLP candle.  Get yourself a little snack, a glass of wine might be nice, sit back and relax for about 10 minutes.  Next you will scrub your feet with our Mad About Mint Foot Scrub.  It is important to stir the oil into the salt before you take a scoop (try using a plastic spoon to stir).  Scrub each foot completely, paying attention to rough, dry areas like your heels.  Don’t forget to massage your toes and ankles too!  Sink you feet back into the Minty soak and gently rinse off the salts, don’t wipe away the oil, let you skin absorb it!  Dampen your legs up to the knee and massage from knee to ankle with Legg Buff.  Rinse away then pat legs and feet dry with a towel.  Apply a generous amount of Hydra Crème and massage into feet and legs.

*Step carefully, your feet will be very soft and the floor may be damp.*

Baby Soft Hands

Wet and wring out a standard hand towel.  Place it in a microwave safe container and heat until steaming.  Remove, place in a sealable container to keep it hot.  Place your divine digits in the container before closing to warm it up.  Grab your  favorite fragrance of Glace Sugar Scrub.  Squirt a generous amount into the palm of one hand and scrub as if you were washing your hands.  Don’t forget the backs of hands, around the cuticles and any calluses.  Slip on a pair of vinyl or food service gloves.  Drape the hot towel over your hands and tuck into your palms so that your hands are completely covered.  Sit back and relax until your towel becomes cool.  Remove the gloves over the sink and rinse away any left over glace.  Pat dry, then apply your favorite TFLP fragrant Hand and Body Crème and massage in.  Hold your fingers closely together and squirt one pump of Divine Digits Cuticle Oil onto the space between your middle finger and ring finger.  Spread the oil to all cuticles by rubbing the nails of one hand against the nails of the other.  Then massage into cuticles.

Option.  Before scrubbing start with a Warm Chocolate Milk Bath Soak.  Fill a basin with warm water and add 2 capfuls of Chocolate Milk Bath, relax and soak hands for at least 5 minutes then proceed as above.
